Lauren of Pilates Barbell Club of Pasadena is the best! I started training with Lauren at Pilates Barbell Club just over year ago, and while I have recently taken some time off, I can’t wait to go back again in the next few weeks. Lauren has a unique view on training woman. Voted San Gabriel Valley’s Number One Fitness Trainer because she knows how to help women BUILD muscle, BURN fat and BECOME flexible – even on their own. She posts great videos on her site with the exercises she teaches, and is constantly trying to learn, and grow as a trainer and business person.
Lauren knew that updating her website was the next step to building her relationship with the community, and she wanted to make sure that the images on there really represented her brand. That’s why she chose to do our new Business Personality Session to really get herself into her branding.
