I was lucky enough to get invited to capture some fun times with the families of Maria and Greg, to celebrate their recent wedding nuptials. I felt like one of the family as I walked around and captured those special moments. I look forward to the next family celebration and wish Maria and Greg a long and happy life together!

The Making of a New Little Man {Antonio Gael’s Baptism}

I have been lucky enough to take images of Antonio from 7 days old and was so happy to be a part of this milestone in his life. All his family were gathered on this special day to see him become a part of their faith. Antonio was not quite aware of the importance of the situation as he was laughing and giggling throughout the service at St John Eudes Catholic Church in Chatsworth. He did really well with the poring of the Holy Water on his head, as did his Godparents, Hector and Ester.

After the service we all went back to his new Godparents house for some family time. Antonio had a great time with his big cousins on the bouncy castle. I think he liked the colors and the not being on solid ground part. All the friends and family that were there loved seeing him in his little white suit and with the coolest little white chucks as well. I am loving being a friend of Antonio and being there for all his big days. Next big, 1 year old!!!

Sweet Tooth Satisfied – Bridal Soirée Fun!

Thank you so much to everyone that was able to come to the Soirée on Saturday! I know the weather was crazy, but it was a great afternoon spent meeting new people, making friends, and learning new things. I set up a little photobooth so we could all take some fun pics, and didn’t realize how much I would love it. Usually, I am behind the camera and shy away when it is pointed at me, but this was so much fun I couldn’t stop myself, and even got the dogs involved!

I want to say a big thank you to my fellow wedding mafia who participated and made the day the success that it was. Thanks to Laurel with Bella Sophia Events. The candy was ridiculously cute and so, so morish. Thanks to Craig from Pollen Botanical Designs who brought the most adorable flower designs that we were all sticking our faces in to smell all day. I managed to keep one and am walking it around the house with me when I move from room to room so I can keep enjoying it! Thanks to Laurie Zadeh, one of my fav make-up artists, who set up her little airbrush machine and gave us a demonstration. We were all smooth and polished by the end of the day and made me want to go out dancing once I was all dolled up.

Congratulations to all the winners in the raffle. I loved hearing all the cheers and screams at the announcements. Especially the grand prize winner, Amaya. I can’t wait to spend time on your engagement session soon! You are going to be such a beautiful bride.
